Go see Charlie! He was fantastic and helped us every step of the way. We had a wonderful experience with the entire team at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee's Summit. From Charlie, to Sales Manager Siam, to Ryan in Finance, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. They made buying a car unexpectedly just two days before our vacation as stress-free as it could possibly be. They were also incredibly kid-friendly, accommodating, and so patient with our two kids. They went out of their way to help keep them entertained, which made the experience even better for our family. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend this amazing team!

Our Salesperson Blake Cavanaugh was amazing as was the finance guy Ethan. Seamless experience and Blake is extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process a pleasure.

We began our search for a Chevy Equinox online and came across McCarthy’s ad. After visiting the dealership, we quickly decided on the color we wanted. Our sales representative, AK, was helpful throughout the process, and once he introduced us to Troy, we felt confident moving forward with the purchase. Ethan took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions regarding the warranty and service plan, which made a big difference in our decision. The level of customer service provided by all three—AK, Troy, and Ethan—was outstanding. McCarthy should be proud to have such a strong team representing them.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at McCarthy Chevrolet in Lees Summit and the entire experience was outstanding, thanks in large part to Blake Cavanaugh. Blake was top tier from start to finish! He has excellent knowledge of the inventory and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. He genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right vehicle for our needs and made everything feel easy and stress-free. We didn’t need to see anyone else—Blake was hands-down the best! He went above and beyond to help us with our new purchase. If you’re in the market for a new car, do yourself a favor and ask for Blake at McCarthy Chevrolet. Highly recommend! Thank you again, Blake!
